  • SCHOOL EMAIL POLICY:
    We ask that all school families be respectful of the school email usage policy which is explained in the 2009-2010 Parent Handbook – page 7: “Emails should be educationally based and educationally sound” and “If a problem arises, notify the recipient that email is no longer a credible source of communication and new avenues of communication need to be explored. Unwarranted e-mails can fall into this category and can be considered another form of harassment.” We do not sell or give out our census data to the larger community. Email is intended to be our in-house communication and used accordingly. *St. Philomena School reserves the right to access any e-mail to retrieve school information and records, to engage in routine computer maintenance and housekeeping, to carry out internal investigations, or to disclose messages, data or files to law enforcement authorities.
  • COMPUTER WEBSITE PICTURES:
    The staff is using digital cameras more to capture educational moments at school. This enables us to take pictures and publish directly to the school website. We do not publish students’ pictures with their names. However, if you DO NOT wish your child’s picture to be placed on our website, please let the school office know.
  • NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY:
    St. Philomena School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admission policies, and in the case of scholarship, loan, and other administered programs.

St. Philomena School does not allow downloading of any student pictures from our website.
